Our reward process consists of 3 key elements, being:

  • Total Cash Component – basic salary, bonus/incentive pay, car allowance and long-term incentives for eligible employees.
  • Core Benefits – pension plan, 35 hour working week, 20 days holiday, life insurance, disability benefits, full access to LifeWorks, our employee assistance programme.
  • FlexAbility Component – Flexible benefits scheme allowing you to change your core benefits and add voluntary lifestyle benefits to your total remuneration package.

FlexAbility, our flexible benefits scheme, allows you to build your own reward package by choosing from a world-class range of health, insurance and leisure products. These can include dental insurance, shopping vouchers and health-checks. This means that you can shape your benefits to suit your lifestyle, giving you more freedom of choice.
